Our 8-week ONLINE DBT Skills Group offers practical tools for emotional regulation, distress tolerance, communication, and relationship effectiveness. Designed for adults looking for support, structure, and meaningful shifts.

Two Pathways Available:

•DBT Skills – Part 1 (Foundations): Learn the core DBT skills and build a strong base for emotional awareness and coping.
•DBT Plus – Part 2: For those who have completed Part 1 or have prior DBT experience. Go deeper with advanced skill integration and real-life application. This group dives deep within DBT and goes beyond.

In light of the State of Emergency declared due to the potential freeze, we are implementing scheduling accommodations to ensure the safety and continuity of care for our clients and staff.
