After the inevitable holiday overeating, like probably a lot of you, I’ve been focused on improving my nutrition this month. The screenshot below is a snippet of an article I was reading this morning about ultra processed foods….

Most people know that whole/unprocessed foods are better for you than processed foods. But the more research is done on nutrition, the more we learn just HOW much better it actually is. And not just for our physical health, but for mental health.
