🎯 How to Stay on Track When Life Gets Busy 🎯When you’re juggling all the things—work, family, and everything in between—staying on track can feel impossible. Here’s how to simplify and stick with it:✨ Focus on the Basics:✔️ Protein at every meal✔️ Drink your water✔️ Get in your strength training✔️ Hit your step goalAnd the most important one? Scale back to the minimum so you can stay consistent until the busy season passes. That might mean 3 strength trainings a week instead of 4. Lowering your step goal. Etc. Remember, it’s about doing what you can—not doing it all. The juggle is real, but you’ve got this! 💪💬 What’s your go-to habit when life gets busy? Same shirt, same kid, 2 years apart. When I look at this picture, I feel really proud. It was slow, it was work, but I did that! And I’m not done! 💪

It all started with me making a decision that I was going to “do this” regardless if I had physical results or not. I wanted more energy and less pain and to live the best life possible.

I want you to feel proud too! I want you to make the decision that YOU are worth it! Putting in the work is the ultimate flex and no one can take it from you! 🔥

This picture right here is my why…my little family who is my whole world! 🩷🌍

My name is Kylah and I am a Certified Nutrition Coach and a Certified Personal Trainer. You might think that I’m super into healthy eating and working out but you’d have that wrong. I’m super into loving my people the best that I can so I move my body and fuel it so that I can do just that!

It is not the main event of my life. I use processes and habits to make it as easy and quick and out of the way as possible to make time for my true passion…my husband and my children 💞

Losing weight is just the icing on the cake. The real benefit is chasing your little ones, keeping up with your teens and one day playing on the floor with grand babies.

Overall, I gave A effort 99% of the time and I am happy with my results! Now back to building! 💪
