Day 3 of 12 Days of Christmas!

Today’s product is the Metagenics Ketogenic shake. This is great for a quick nutritious morning shake, and a lot of people use it for a pre or post workout even.

Over the next 12 days we’re going to share some of our favorite products, and maybe even give you some gift ideas for your loved ones!

Day 1: The DENNEROLL!

If you’ve never heard of this, you’ve been missing out. The Cervical Denneroll helps restore your natural neck curve, which in turn eases tension and improves your posture — all by gently stretching your spine. Just lay back, relax, and let it do the work for 5–15 minutes a day!

This is great for people who are suffering from neck pain and headaches; and ESPECIALLY for those developing “tech neck,” which presents as pain and stiffness in the neck and upper back due to poor posture by looking down at screens for an extended amount of time.

Meet Mary Claire (MC)!

MC is our newest member of our team. After leaving the corporate marketing world, she decided to follow her passion for health and fitness combined with helping others. When she’s not at work, you’ll find her with her nose buried in a book or laughing with her husband. Her bubbly and cheerful attitude has brought so much to our clinic and we’re so happy she chose to be a part of our team! 👏🏼

Meet Jennifer! With 10 years of previous experience in the insurance field and a passion for budgeting and spreadsheets, Jennifer is our in-house finance guru. When she is not working to make care affordable for our patients, she can be found watching football with her husband of 20 years and 3 children. She’s a staple to our clinic, and we don’t know what we’d do without her knowledge and compassion!

Meet Katie! She’s our Front Desk/Office Manager, and also Dr Dustin’s wife. Before she joined our clinic she was a RN and then a busy stay-at-home Mom. When she’s not working, she loves being in the kitchen and traveling. Her and Dr Dustin stay busy with their two boys, 4 dogs and 2 cats!
