The Humble Warrior Yoga & Holistic Studio
Owner and founder Bree Vandergriff a yoga student and teacher. She received her 200hr training through Joseph Stingley Soul Motivation Yoga School. Specializing in power flow style yoga as well as training in yin yoga, meditation and chair yoga through various other trainings. The purpose and goal of the Humber Warrior is to help students practice a safe and effective yoga class while honoring their unique bodies. Recognizing modifying or adjusting a pose isn’t a weaker practice but instead is an opportunity to grow based on how they are designed at that moment in their life journey. The logo behind the Humble Warrior Yoga & Holistic Studio represents Bree’s journey and humbling herself to the cross acknowledge that all she has and does is from the grace God. When you humble yourself before the cross you are made strong. This studio accepts all students from all walks of life because its is their duty to instruct a safe class while providing a safe place for students to find a moment of peace on the mat with zero judgement. The grace that is extended to me will be extended to you
