Promoting Danielle Rose at AOT Yoga and her massages! She is seriously the best! She was able to find so many trigger points in my body i didn’t even know existed and fixed the painful areas! It’s crazy how therapeutic massage can decrease pain while allowing you to gain so much mobility at the same time😊 Her work is simply amazing, and I can’t thank her enough!
