Two great events today at the Denmark Activity Center!

-4-5:30pm we have FREE Crochet Art Club for all levels. Our teachers will guide you if you’re new or rusty! We are starting our next ‘Yarn Bombing’ Art displays for the Village, come be a part of it, or bring your own yarn and work on your personal projects among friends.

-6:30-7:30pm come learn how to sign up for the FREE Brown County Library Gale Learning Courses.

With fresh snow, here are some super cool neighbors who could use a volunteer superhero to help with snow clearing this winter if you happen to have some free time after a fresh snowfall. 🤗 See a need, fill a need, it's just the neighborly thing to do:

-143 N. Wall St (walkway & front porch - big yellow house across from old ECC)
-300 Lee St (by the Elementary/HS)
-256 Lee St
-134 N Saint Claude
-240 Gardenview
-Apartments on Highridge Ave. (walkways-they lost their handyman who usually clears)

Let us know if you have more addresses to add. It’s designed for those in the Village who really shouldn’t be out there pushing snow because of health/age, or can’t because of loved ones inside that can’t be left unattended. No guarantee it will be cleared, but at least we can get the word out that assistance is needed. ❄️

*Tonight we have our FREE Crochet Art Group 4-5:30pm. Learn to crochet and work on our projects, or bring your own supplies and crochet among friends for those who already know how.
*Wednesday we have our FREE Caregiver Support Group 1:30pm for those -Past, Present, & Future- who take care of a friend or loved one.

MONDAY Feb 2nd 1:30pm
MONDAY Feb 9th 6:30pm

Learn how, then you can sign up at any time. Classes start every 6 weeks. Take classes at your own pace.

*To access these courses you just need to have an active Br Co Library card in good standing.

Our FREE Crochet Art Group is on tonight 4-5:30pm.
Grab a friend and come learn to crochet or bring your own project & yarn and crochet among friends! 🧶 Best suited for 10yrs+, but some younger crafty kids can crochet like a beast too!
