So happy to share we were notified that Denmark Connects has been chosen as 1 of 8 recipients chosen to receive funding from this amazing local non-profit, the Canary Fund!

We will be awarded $1,000 to help us in our Denmark Teaching Denmark initiate to bring more fun teaching/learning sessions to our community members!

Interested in teaching something fun to other Denmark community members or volunteering during an event? Come join us!

The Canary Fund provides grants to those working toward change in Northeastern Wisconsin. Founded in 2019, The Canary Fund began as a way to honor the life and lifelong generosity of James Rivett of Green Bay, WI.

Crochet with us tonight or any Monday night! Any experience welcome. We find it’s easier for kids 10/12+ to get the hang of, but if you have a tiny human who’s a quick learner, bring them on over and learn together!!

Who’s up and rearing to go at 8:30am and wants to join us on a trip to the Green Bay Botanical Gardens tomorrow morning, Wednesday August 20th? 🌸🌺🌻🌹

It’s BOGO Wednesday, so come in groups of two so one of you can get in free! Why go alone when you can go with others?
They have so much to see with endless blooming flowers, ‘Washed Ashore’ exhibit statues, and a mouth dropping kids play area with splash pad, slides, mini trampolines, koi pond, and story time.

Meet us in Denmark at 8:30am to ride along with us in the van, follow, or you can meet us there, but let us know you’re coming!
Pay your own entry, $5-$15. Back in Denmark by noon if carpooling.
