Saturday morning cuteness alert (!) with our beloved Cristal and her gorgeous little fur babe Bella. 🤍 We had to share the sweet love. :)

Cristal will be leading our annual Thanksgiving Day donation-based gratitude practice coming up in just a few weeks, and we invite you to join us.

This heart-centered practice that will blend movement and meditation, intention and reflection, sound healing and deep rest. A space to fully drop in and nurture gratitude, calm, kindness, and connection.

All donations will directly support the Family Pantry of Cape Cod, an invaluable organization providing nutritional food and clothing to those in need. We raised over $1,200 last Thanksgiving, and we look forward to making an even greater impact this year together.

In a world that needs all the compassion, kindness, and hopeful hearts on board, let’s come together to cultivate deep care, and more love, love love.

We’re honored to be a part of the ‘Pass the Love’ Yoga Fundraiser again this year! ❤️

This annual event in support of Behavioral Health Innovators (BHI) helps to raise funds for their PASS Program offered to Cape Cod & Nantucket students with mental health and subtance use challenges.

In partnership with middle and high schools, the PASS program provides a space of support & connection to inspire students to create a future of health, wellness, hope and resilience.

We hope you’ll join us, and an extraordinary (!) team of teachers on Saturday, November 8th, 10am-12pm, at the Monomoy High School Gymnasium, as we come together in practice to support this incredible program.

Class is open to all, no previous experience needed. Just come with an open mind and heart, and together we create ripples of hope, compassion, kindness and LOVE!

As a Psychiatric Occupational Therapist and Yoga teacher, Hannah will guide you through a therapeutic afternoon of yoga, breathwork, and sensory-based practices.
