This is what Wednesday nights look like at Hot Flashes and Cool Crafts.

Last week a woman sat down at our table and had a moment she wasn’t expecting. She finally saw, clearly and for the first time, exactly what in her life was draining her. And then she built her vision board around changing it.

That’s what I created this series for. To give you the information and the space to actually hear yourself.

This Wednesday we’re talking about your gut and what it has to do with your mood, your energy, and your hormones. Then we blend a custom herbal tea to take home.
