We’re thrilled to announce that Morgan Barillas, our dedicated Clinical Director at the Sherman location, has been promoted to Senior Clinical Director! This well-deserved advancement reflects Morgan’s unwavering commitment to excellence and her deep passion for supporting the mission of Radiant Autism Center.
With over 15 years of experience in the field of ABA, Morgan has made a lasting impact across a variety of settings — from in-home services and clinics to vocational training centers, residential facilities, school districts, and community-based programs. She has supported individuals ranging in age from 2 to 40, helping each one develop meaningful skills and work toward greater independence.
Morgan holds a Bachelor’s degree as well as teaching and principal certifications in Texas. She earned her Master’s degree from the University of North Texas and became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in 2014. Always seeking to grow, Morgan later pursued graduate-level business courses to broaden her expertise in the behavioral health field.
A passionate advocate for independence and self-advocacy, Morgan brings heart, leadership, and vision to every role she steps into. Outside of work, she cherishes time with her family — her husband, three stepchildren, and young son.
