Our current services include; Individual therapy, group therapy, psychiatric services, and professional networking. Our licensed and certified therapist and counselors have a wide range of skills and experience to help create meaningful change.

Her approach is collaborative and grounded in relational safety, helping clients build self-awareness, strengthen coping skills, and feel more confident in managing life’s stressors.

Kelsey creates a warm, supportive space where clients can feel understood, empowered, and supported in meaningful growth.
