Sending a Distant Reiki Bubble
To send distant Reiki in a “bubble,” visualize the person you want to send healing energy with love.
🕯️ Clear your space: You can use sage, tuning forks or aura spray.
🧹 Clear your aura: Sweep your aura from head to toe or spray aura spray the same way. One or the other is sufficient.
🌎 Ground yourself: Keep yourself grounded daily before and after the session.
🛀🏿 Raise your vibration: You can take a spiritual salt bath beforehand. You may need extra clearing or to raise your vibration if you’ve had a challenging day.
🙏🏼 Call in Spirit: You can call in Spirit guides, Angels or ancestors to assist with healing, all from the highest Source golden white light.
👆🏼 Draw Reiki symbols: “Cho Ku Rei” for physical healing and “Sei He Ki” for emotional healing.
👆🏼 Draw Reiki distance symbols: “Hon Sha Ze Sho Nen”
🙇 Imagine: A large bubble as a container over the recipients head. This bubble is a large protective sphere of white golden light from the highest Source frequency.
🙇♂️ Focus intentions: Start distant Reiki by filling the bubble like a large container with healing, security, protection and loving energy.
✍️ Customize your healing plan: Add whatever is needed in this Reiki bubble for the highest and greatest good of the recipient.
☺️ Soothing the Vagus nerve: Soothing the Vagus nerve to calm and relax will activate the parasympathetic nervous system. This system is part of the autonomic nervous system responsible for the body’s “rest and digest” function, essentially relaxing the body after periods of stress by slowing the heart rate.
🤔 Reiki knows: Reiki instinctively knows what needs to be let go of and what needs to be healed. Clearing and healing intuitively is Reiki smart technology.
⏱️ They release their bubble: when the time is required, the recipient may simply ask to receive the Reiki from the bubble. This Reiki will shower over the them, blanketing them in a thick layer of sparkling iridescent golden-white light of Source frequency and Reiki healing all over every part of their body and aura.
🌐 Reiki in the quantum field: Knows no boundaries on locations and time zones. In the quantum field everything is always happening at the same time.
Key Steps
Prepare yourself: find a quiet space, center yourself with deep breaths, and clear your mind.
Set your intentions: clearly state your desire to send Reiki healing to the recipient, focusing on the well-being of the recipient.
Visualize the bubble: imagine the recipient you are sending Reiki to has a bubble above their head. Imagine this bubble with iridescent golden-white Source light of healing and protection.
Channel Reiki energy: while visualizing the bubble, begin to channel Reiki energy filling the bubble above the recipient, picturing the energy flowing into the bubble over their head.
When to send your Reiki bubble: personally I like to send around the same time as the recipient may need it or the same times everyday for an allotted amount of time. But it truly doesn’t matter because Reiki is smart Reiki, it knows everything through the intentions you put into it and the recipient is the one that calls the Reiki healing to shower over them when they are ready to receive it. The Reiki healing bubble will hover over their head until they choose to release it by asking for it now.
Maintain focus: stay focused on the intentions of sending healing energy throughout the session.
Durations and multiple recipients: you can send Reiki healing bubbles to more than one person at a time. Simply line your bubbles up in your mind and focus on each recipient. Stating their individual healing needs and names and locations. About 15 minutes of Reiki healing energy will be sufficient in most cases. You can do this every 24 hours while needed.
Important considerations:
Ask for consent, always ask the recipient if they are open to receiving distant Reiki before sending it.
Practice regularly, the more you practice visualizing and sending Reiki energy, the stronger your ability to do so efficiently.
Be mindful of your own energy, grounding yourself before and after sending Reiki to prevent energy depletion.
Keep hydrated and drink plenty of water before and after. Water is a conduit essential for energetic movement.
