There’s no place like strong partnerships.

After attending Interim HealthCare's 2026 Franchise Partnership Conference, Brenda Beggs and Amy Ross are heading back down the yellow brick road with fresh connections, new ideas, and renewed energy to support franchise partners every step of the way.

This year’s conversations were even more meaningful as Interim Healthcare celebrates 60 years of compassionate care, innovation, and unwavering commitment to serving communities, a milestone built on strong relationships between corporate leadership and franchise partners.

We were grateful to connect with Rexanne Domico, President & CEO and to celebrate Dexter Borbe, franchisee and winner of our prize! A fun reminder of the collaboration and shared success that continue to drive Interim forward.

From compliance to education and consulting, the momentum from this conference reinforces our shared goal: simplifying the complicated, one step, one solution, one partnership at a time.

Leadership care isn’t rescuing people from accountability.
It’s fairness, firmness, and respect, especially when it’s uncomfortable.
Care without action is just sentiment. Leadership care requires effort.
Reflection:
1. Am I being clear and consistent, even when it's uncomfortable?
2. Do my actions communicate respect during correction, not just praise?

AI tools can quickly process certain tasks, but with our experience and expertise, we can stand behind the decisions.

At MAC Legacy, our coding teams support large health systems, multi-location organizations, and growing agencies across multiple EMRs where consistency, defensibility, and trust are critical.

What sets us apart:

- One of the first outsource coding solutions, providing services since 2004

- Coding with clinical judgment and oversight

- Proven experience supporting large, complex organizations

- The same high standard applied regardless of size

- Coders who understand regulatory risk, audits, and real-world care

- Thoughtful pricing - designed to be sustainable, not corner-cutting

We’re former providers from a large, multi‑state organization so our coding decisions are grounded in real operational, clinical, and compliance complexity. Our clients choose us because our coding holds up under review, not just at claim submission.

MAC Legacy Coding Services

Experience you can stand behind. Pricing that still makes sense.

Where Family & Work Come Together
This week, we’re celebrating a beautiful reminder of what truly matters: relationships.

Recently, Valerie Cornett had the joy of celebrating her daughter’s wedding surrounded by family, friends, and loved ones. It was a special moment filled with commitment, connection, and the kind of support that makes milestones like this so meaningful.

At MAC Legacy, we believe those same values show up in our work every day.
• Trust
• Commitment
• Showing up for one another
• Building relationships that last

Whether it’s supporting our clients, collaborating as a team, or celebrating life’s big moments together, family and work relationships aren’t as different as they seem, they both thrive on honesty, care, and shared purpose.

We’re grateful to work alongside people who bring their whole selves to what they do and remind us that success is about more than just outcomes, it’s about people.

Congratulations to Valerie and her family as they celebrate this wonderful new chapter.

And thank you, Team MAC, for being the kind of workplace that feels a little like family.

On this week's episode of 50% with Marcylle Combs she sits down with Emily Stroud.

Money doesn’t have to be a source of fear, anxiety, or shame.
In this upcoming episode, Marcylle is joined by Emily Stroud, wife, mom, Christian financial advisor, bestselling author of Faithful Finance, and founder of Stroud Financial Management, for a powerful conversation about financial literacy, faith, and freedom.

Emily shares:
- Why starting early with financial education matters
- Practical steps for managing money with clarity and confidence
- How women and young adults can move beyond fear and anxiety around finances
- Why stewardship, generosity, and faith are just as important as the numbers

After walking through her husband’s heart attack, Emily experienced firsthand the importance of financial preparation, bringing empathy, authenticity, and real‑life wisdom to everything she teaches. Her approach helps listeners replace stress with peace and uncertainty with purpose.

This episode goes deeper than budgets and spreadsheets. It’s about building trust in relationships, budgeting for joy, and learning how faith‑centered stewardship can transform personal wellbeing and family life.

If money feels overwhelming or you’re craving a healthier, faith‑filled approach to finances this conversation is for you.

Leadership Lessons with Marcylle: When Care Meets Accountability

Leadership in home health, hospice, and home care is personal. It has to be. You’re part of an industry where emotional weight, regulatory pressure, and patient care responsibility touch everyone.

Patrick Lencioni said it well: “People cannot be fulfilled in their work if they are not known. All human beings need to be understood and appreciated for their unique qualities by someone in a position of authority.”

That’s true and it comes with responsibility.

Caring deeply about your team does not mean avoiding hard conversations. In fact, avoiding them often does more harm than good. Strong cultures are built when leaders balance love, clarity, and accountability.

Here are three leadership reminders for keeping that balance:
Kindness without accountability creates confusion - Loving your team doesn’t mean lowering the bar. When expectations aren’t addressed like documentation quality, timeliness, follow through the entire organization feels it, including patient care.

Relationships don’t excuse inconsistent leadership - Friendships at work are natural, especially in care driven organizations. But leaders must still lead fairly and consistently. Standards protect culture and people.

Being “known” requires more than listening - People want to feel seen, heard, and valued. They also want clarity. Listening with empathy and leading with direction creates trust, not conflict.

In our industry, leadership isn’t about choosing between compassion and responsibility. It’s about having the courage to lead with both.

Limited Series. Meaningful Seats. We’re opening a small, intentionally limited leadership series focused on real conversation and practical growth.
