Health Services of North Texas (HSNT) has been nationally recognized for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care right here in our community.

🏅 Silver Health Center Quality Leader – Top 11–20% of nearly 1,500 health centers nationwide
💖 Heart Health Badge – earned by only 16% of health centers
🩺 Diabetes Badge – earned by only 13%
🛡️ Preventive Health Badge – earned by only 9%

We also renewed our Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) with Behavioral Health Distinction, showing our commitment to whole-person care that supports not only physical but also mental health.

HSNT’s providers and staff truly care about your overall health and well being and that is demonstrated in each medical and mental health appointment. You will find that our staff are compassionate and listen to your medical and health needs.

HSNT’s pediatric care goal is to work with families to help them make informed decisions regarding their child’s journey. Dr. Greg Jackson, Pediatrician reminds parents to look beyond the minute to minute and enjoy your child as a developing person with the awe and wonder that development brings with it.

Are you seeking prenatal care, women’s health or family planning services? HSNT has a dedicated women’s health team that will help you to feel at ease and understand your body.

Do you have a chronic illness such as diabetes or hypertension? HSNT’s primary care providers will work with you to develop a care plan that works for you! Prescription assistance is available for those who do not have health insurance.
