I do this through providing an empathetic eclectic approach and encouragement. Therapeutic Massage incorporating "gentle" deep acting modalities and techniques, which include Compression Therapy, Reflexology, and Energ

y Balancing. Health Consultations and Speaking Engagements to individuals and groups. I can provide consultations and talks on a variety of topics that include Wellness, Prevention, Stress Release, Forgiveness, and living a less toxic lifestyle, among others.
