University Rehabilitation Center University Rehabilitation Center is a 146 bed skilled nursing facility located in the Heart of Denton, Texas.

We are within two miles of two large hosptials and within the community Medical district.

Breakfast just got an upgrade! 🍳🥪

Our amazing Dietary Manager, Leeann Roberts, created a delicious “Breakfast on the Go” featuring an Eggs Benedict sandwich made with a toasted English muffin, savory Canadian bacon, a perfectly fried egg, fresh spinach, and creamy hollandaise sauce. 😋

Paired with crispy breakfast tots and fresh cantaloupe & grapes, this meal was the perfect combination of hearty and refreshing! 🍈🍇

Great food and happy residents start the day right! 💛

We wrapped up National Nursing Home Week with a wonderful cookout filled with great food, laughter, and fellowship! 🍔☀️

Residents and staff enjoyed delicious burgers, baked beans, potato salad, and baked potatoes with all the fixings. It was the perfect way to celebrate such a special week together. ❤️

A huge thank you to Solaris Hospice and Renew for helping provide this amazing meal and goodies and making the day extra special for everyone. Your kindness and support are truly appreciated! 😊

Today we celebrated our amazing little pollinators by giving honey treats to all of our bees! These hardworking bees do so much for our environment, residents, and community, and we’re thankful for every buzz they bring. 💛

We had such a fun time celebrating with a dirty soda bar 🥤 and relaxing essential oil therapy 🌿 where everyone got to make their own freshener! It was a day full of smiles, creativity, laughter, and sweet memories with our amazing residents and staff. 💕
