We are proud to shine a light on Laniyai, our Employee of the Month! She works hard, loves our residents deeply, and is always there—showing up exactly when and where she’s needed. Her dedication truly shines in everything she does. 💛

When she’s not caring for our residents, you can find her enjoying the beauty of nature, spending time as a proud boy mom, getting lost in a good book, or exploring new places when she travels. After 16 years in nursing, her passion for helping others is still as strong as ever—and it shows.
