Sarah has a special gift for connecting with residents and making them feel seen and heard. 🌟 Employee of the Month – August 2025 🌟

Congratulations to Brooke Armstrong, our Receptionist, for being named August Employee of the Month! 🎉

Brooke went above and beyond this past month, stepping in to assist both our Human Resources and Admissions Departments. She kept everything running smoothly, always willing to learn new things and lend a hand wherever needed.

Brooke has been part of the Denton Rehab family since 2017, first starting in the Dietary Department while still in high school. Over the years, she has shown incredible dedication, and we are so grateful for all she does for our residents, families, and team. 💙

It is with heavy hearts that we share the passing of our dear friend, Rosemary Lawyer, our Controller and a vital part of Denton Rehab. Rosemary was more than a colleague, she was family to us.

Her services will be held Friday, August 15 at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 2509 Trophy Club Dr., Trophy Club, TX 76262. Viewing will begin at 10:00 AM, with the funeral service at 11:00 AM.

Rosemary was extremely smart, knowledgeable, and always knew where to find the answers. She had a love for rose gold, diamonds, and the lacy clothes she called “fun.” She often bragged about her children and grandchildren. While she loved her work, her greatest joy was being with her family—and she especially loved celebrating her grandchildren’s birthdays with a special lunch.

From Rosemary we learned: There are no secrets, Google knows everything, Sometimes it’s better to ask for forgiveness than permission, & If something doesn’t sound right, it just might not be right.

There is nothing that can replace her, and she will be deeply missed by all who knew her. Denton Rehab will not be the same without her warmth, wisdom, humor, and sparkle.

Ceferina is a vital part of our therapy team and a big reason why we see such strong progress and success with our patients. Her strong work ethic, dedication, and clinical expertise make her truly stand out. 💪🧠

No matter how much she has on her plate, Ceferina gets things done with a positive attitude and a commitment to excellence. She has a special gift for working with patients who have more complex therapy needs, pushing them to meet their goals with encouragement and care. 🧑‍🤝‍🧑🏃‍♂️✨

She is a highly respected therapist and a valued member of our team; we are so grateful for everything she brings to Denton Rehab.
