Sports Chiropractor

Hi! I’m Dr. Maggie 👋

I’ve been practicing chiropractic for almost 9 years and have been part of the Denton Sports Chiropractic team since 2018. I hold certifications in acupuncture, dry needling, instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization (IASTM), cupping, FDM, SFMA and RockTape. I love incorporating a mix of these alongside chiropractic care to help patients move better, recover faster, and feel their absolute best!

A little more about me outside the adjusting room:
🤍 Married to my high school sweetheart & now raising two littles — 3.5 and 1 year old girls 🎀
👍🏼 Texas A&M grad (Gig ’em forever)
💪🏼 Lover of all things fitness
🏖️ Beach bum…if my toes aren’t in the sand, I’m probably dreaming about it
☕️ Powered by coffee and protein shakes
🌮 Queso + margarita connoisseur (researching the best combo, obviously)
📚 Always looking for a new book or a new show — give me all your binge worthy recs!

My approach to care is all about movement, function and meeting people where they are. I love helping patients perform and move better so they can get back to the things that fill their cup—whether that’s crushing workouts, keeping up with family chaos, or simply moving through the day pain-free

Hi! I’m Dr. Crystal 👋

I’ve been practicing chiropractic for 15+ years and am a Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician, along with holding several other certifications (I like to collect them 😅). I founded Denton Sports Chiropractic just under 11 years ago, and my passion for helping people move better, feel stronger, and live healthier lives has only grown since day one.

A little more about me outside the adjusting room:
🤍 Married + boy mom to an almost-5 and 3-year-old
💪 Lover of all things fitness, nutrition, yoga & biohacking (aka the crunchy one of the group 🤷🏻‍♀️ )
☕ Coffee lover/addict, dog mom, and Canadian born & raised 🇨🇦 — GO FLAMES GO! 🔥🏒
📚 Always reading something (book recs welcome!)
😂 If you aren’t my patient, guaranteed you can still hear me laughing/cackling somewhere in the office — I can’t help it! 😆

I believe chiropractic care is about more than pain relief—it’s about optimizing your body so you can do life better. I started Denton Sports Chiropractic because I wanted longer appointment times and the ability to truly care for patients the way they deserve. I also believe our bodies function best when massage therapy, functional movement, and other treatment modalities are key players alongside chiropractic care.
