Pura Vida, Merry Christmas & Happy New Year! I’m advertising again as we just had a last minute cancellation due to a pregnancy of a guest! My first retreat changed the trajectory of my life in 2019.

We now have 2 rooms available for our 2025 “Winter” Yoga Retreat in Nosara, Costa Rica. The dates are Feb 3 - 9th, 2025! This will be our 4th retreat hosting here… The water will be warm and the sun will be shining!

Both rooms can be purchased as either a Double or Single Occupancy (1 King, 1 Queen available). Alana Speed is the guest teacher from Inspire Yoga and I am the host. I’m also the owner of IY Denton and of the property owner where the retreat is being held.

Our Root to Rise Retreat is Women Only and we will be doing yoga daily along with a Catamaran sail in the Pacific Ocean on the look out for dolphins, tuna and whales and visiting a tiny Rose Colored Island. You will also have the chance to experience the world famous Bodhi Tree Yoga resort and take class from a local instructor as well as an Arial Yoga class the stunning Lagarta Lodge.

We will stroll the market and visit the local apothocary, have a surf lesson, optional spa day and plenty of down time to rest and rejuvenate! You will enjoy home cooked meals from a local chef and visit some of the best restaurants in town. Transportation in town will be provided via a Side by Side and ATV’s.

The retreat is all inclusive and provides 2 meals per day and all retreat activities. Not included is airfare, airport transfer to Nosara (but this will be arranged for you), alcohol or the optional spa day. We are able to accommodate dietary restrictions.

Cost is $2800 for Single or $1800/ person for double occupancy. Reserve your space with a $500 deposit and a payment plan can be arranged through the host.
