It is that time of the year that time slips away from us, with all the Thanksgiving and Christmas festivities that we attend. This is a friendly reminder to make an appointment in 2015 before your deductible resets.

Many pharmacies and clinics are currently offering flu shots; however, if you receive your flu shot too early, it may not cover you throughout the flu season. We will start offering flu shots in the month of October and we do not recommend receiving your flu shot any earlier.

Still need a flu shot? It's not too late. We still have several doses available and it is covered under most insurance plans. If you do not have insurance, it's only $30.

A message from Carol: Sorry I have been out sick so much this year, but we may have found the cause of all my illness..... I have an infected gallbladder that needs to come out. I'm having surgery this Friday, November 1st and will need one more week to recover and then hopefully will be 100% and be able to resume my normal life! Thank you all for your well wishes and all your patience with the rescheduling. I'm looking forward to seeing you all real soon.
