As we celebrate Memorial Day, let us all remember this is not to honor our active duty or veterans. This is the day to remember those that GAVE ALL for the citizens of the United States of America. We all celebrate in different ways, and we are able to enjoy ourselves in freedom and prosperity because of those that gave the ultimate sacrificed.

Today is Veterans Day. It started in 1921 with the burial of the “unknown” soldier in Arlington cemetery. It was November 11. The significance is that the end of World War I was signed on the 11th hour of the 11th day of the 11th month in 1918. It then became Armistice day in 1926. It became a national holiday in 1938. In 1954 the holiday was changed to Veterans Day to honor all veterans. A SALUTE to all veterans for having served this country. 🙏💕

Some countries are/have instituted "days off" for perriod/cycle pain. Come on USA, we are WAYYYYY behind the times for our suffering Patients!!!!

In 2017, two Indian firms began offering workers a day off for a painful period — earning much praise but also some criticism. We wondered if this policy is gaining favor in India and beyond.

Painful periods is NOT normal! Often patients are unsure if they have endometriosis. In this video I mention the most common symptoms that many patients exhibit. These symptoms can start in early teens, or show up at anytime. Often family members may have had the same symptoms, but assumed they were "NORMAL", and they are not normal.
