Yoakum County Senior Center

Yoakum County Senior Center Yoakum County Senior Center is here to serve the senior citizens in and around Yoakum County. We also provide many fun activities throughout the week.

Monday through Friday at 12:00 (holidays are observed) we serve lunch to the public. We also provide home delivery meal service to those who qualify. If you would like more information please feel free to contact us, we are here to serve you!

The Senior Center will NOT be delivering meals today or Tomorrow (1/31/2023 & 2/1/2023) due to the weather. We sent shelf stable meals for the next 2 days with our driver's on Monday. Yall stay safe and warm!

Yoakum County Senior Center is hosting a free Health Fair for anyone 60 years and older. There is tons of good information available and also several great screenings. (blood sugar, cholesterol, bone density and much more. Come out between 10:30 - 12:30.

We will be having a Pancake and bacon breakfast from 7:30 am to 9:30 am for only $3.00!

June 27th
SPAG will be coming to the Senior Center for a FREE health fair for anyone over the age of 65! Services will include: Medical Management, Blood Pressure, Home Safety, Bone Density Screening, Diabetes Screening, Nutritional Screening, Cholesterol Screening, and Hearing Screening. Also on hand will be Benefits Counselor to help with applications for extra help for prescription drugs and Medicare Part B Premiums.
