I ❤ being a student. I just completed my 300hr Yoga Teachers Training Program w/ Vesselify
🧘‍♀️When I was 17years old I received my 200hr YTT and enjoyed years of teaching Yoga. I then moved to FL, went to college, met my husband, settled down, had babies, started a company and missed yoga.

Now 20ish years later, I am getting back to my roots. Focused on longevity and health. Sharing wellness with others, connecting with community, finding my calm amidst the chaos, being present for my little girls & living a fulfilling life (while still running Hosting From The Heart of course)

This year I finally gave up on trying to have the “perfect” body. Be kind to yourself. Be kind to other women. This body has been with you since birth & will travel with you throughout your life. Be kind to it, love it, give thanks for it. It’s the only body you’ll ever get. Take care of it by exercising & eating right, but also give your body grace for its imperfections, give it rest when you are tired. Stop trying to be perfect 💜 love yourself 💜

This kid.... she keeps me on my toes! She is silly and moody. Both Independent and needy. Best friends with everyone and loved by all. Growing and changing so very quickly 💜

Aven Gracie is an incredible dancer, an impressive skier and is learning soccer snd gymnastics!

Mom brag alert 🚨

Ella is finishing up second grade! I am beyond proud of her resilience this last year with the on again, off again in-person learning, not seeing friends or family for many months & her patience with me as her home school teacher (that wasn’t easy).

She is now thriving! Things are opening in CO and she is in soccer, ballet, jazz & gymnastics! My social butterfly is able to spread her wings again 🦋

Thank you to all of our strong & flexible children this year that have been quick to bounce back. And prayers to those still finding their way. 🙏🏼

You’ve taught me a lot this year Ella Bella. I adore your strength & determination 💜

Moving my body in ways it isn’t used to.... it’s been a long time since I’ve practiced Yoga with this much intensity and this much meaning... long overdue that I take care of my ONE and ONLY body.

Don’t forget to give yourself GRACE when doing something new. Get up, move your joints, work out those muscle kinks, roll your shoulders and stretch that sore back! You’ll feel better, thank me later.
