I absolutely hated it in the beginning. But I can promise you that a consistent meditation practice will change your life. I used to let my mind run the show and I promise you it wasn't very nice. Once I started meditating, I became aware of the thoughts that I was having and then had the opportunity to pause and replace them with something more positive.
