One of the first questions we hear at Colorado Birth & Wellness is: “What can I safely take now that I’m pregnant?”

At your first prenatal visit, we’ll review everything you’re currently taking.

Prescriptions, over-the-counter medications, herbs, and supplements. If you take medications regularly (or even occasionally), we encourage you to let us know as soon as possible so we can guide you early. But pregnancy doesn’t mean stopping everything.

For our full list of what to continue using and what to pause, head to our blog linked below.

Midwives are highly trained providers who specialize in pregnancy and birth, combining clinical knowledge with individualized, relationship-based care.

If you’re exploring your options, it’s worth learning what midwifery care really offers.
