GUESS WHOSE BACK…

it’s been a while but our signature scent is back in action and so are we…but like the soft girl summer version of us.

the theme of my summer has been recreating and reconnecting with my rituals; with the intention of getting back into my body and finding the things that light me up again. for me, these candles will be coming with me for my refreshed mediation practice, my new evening wind down rituals and our cozy rainy weather days.

obvi these candles smell amazing but the purchase of one also allows us to continue bringing out programming into schools, detention centers, prisons, shelters, treatment centers and other organizations and non profits in Colorado.

2 0 2 3 starting off like 🥵✨🫶🏼

We are so grateful we have made it to another year with the community. We are rolling into our 8th month of this community space with some amazing events.

First up, a new monthly offering! Join and every third Sunday beginning 1/15 for POC Yoga at 12:30p

is holding it down with a new moon gathering and shadow + scream therapy this month. And we just adore every event of hers.

A LOT has gone down in our q***r community since last circle and the holidays are around he corner. Let’s concrete a cozy space to hold each other.

What is a “healing circe” The practice of coming together in circles to talk and share is as human as can be. Our ancestors sat around fires and center pieces sharing experiences, wisdom and food. The idea behind a healing circle is that each participant is thought of as an equal, bringing their own unique medicine to the group.

Healing happens in relationship with other. Healing happens when we are witnessed. This healing circle invites you to be a part of the community, where you can be witnessed and offer the medicine of witnessing others.

We love a killer spooky season line up and we really made it happen for y’all.

First up, for our q***r friends we are introducing a new monthly offering, Fireside Chats: A Q***r Healing Circle. A safe, cozy space to support and be supported in our q***rness. We know that healing happens in community. This healing circle invites you to be a part of a community. All will be invited to share, to offer support, or simply be a witness. In this circle you can expect to enjoy some tea, open and close with some grounding, and connect with a community as we reflect on experiences unique to our q***r identities. Sharing not required!

Next, is the first of M A N Y to come SELF CARE SATURDAYS. Join us once a month from 10:30a-1:30p for a, choose your own adventure of self care. Choose from one or all of the following in studio offerings:

So you took a self defense class and now you feel ready to take on the world? We love that for you, boo. Anddddd let’s pause for a moment. We know how badass and empowering self defense classes can feel and WE LOVE TEACHING THEM. We also REALLY love seeing you again and again.

We exist to support you in really gaining new skills and knowledge. We of course never wish you to be in a self defense situation and if it ever happens we want you to know all the ways your body can show up for you. So let’s acknowledge all the hard the hours, days and months it takes to build muscle memory and get really good at something really new. Like, think about all the cool things you have taken on and conquered in this lifetime! Which is why we opened our doors in the first place, so you and your community can have a safe space to work through life and practice new things.
