If you need to keep your costs low, you can keep my current pricing by paying with cash!! Skip those annoying credit card fees and get rid of any cash you might have lying around!

What makes acupuncture with me different from other providers?
We sit and chat and about all the things going on in your life and body that could be contributing. I spend up to 45 minutes actually in the room with you before your 30-45 minute rest! Compared to some providers who use the western approach to medicine and spend only 10 or so minutes in the room with you, this makes a huge difference.

I am not trying to just see as many patients as I can. I am trying to get to the root cause and heal you as effectively as possible. For some people that means a slow and steady approach, where we change one thing at a time over months. For others, that means I give you a whole list of things to incorporate at your first appointment. And for a few, it means you just come in and get acupuncture and that’s it! No lifestyle adjustments wanted or needed is totally fine too! It’s whatever best suits you. Because acupuncture is individualized medicine and that means everyone will need something different!

There’s nothing like a warm sauna session on these snowy spring days.
How is our sauna different than a gym or recovery center? With our sauna, you get the set the temperature as high or as low as you’d like. You get to bring a friend or partner with you for free. Today seems like a good day to update my snow policy! My standard cancelation policy is 4 hours before the start of your appointment, but snow can cause some last minute problems! So as long as you reschedule over 2 hours before your appointment, there are no late cancel charges!

You can reschedule online up to 4 hours before. Any shorter notice than that and you’ll need to email or text me.
I do usually reach out to my first few patients to offer my later appointment slots and see if a later time would work better. Otherwise, I’ll plan to see you unless I hear differently!
