You will manage patient interactions related to billing, insurance, and claims while ensuring strict adherence to all company policies and healthcare regulations.
πΉ Key Responsibilities
β Handle patient queries regarding balances, insurance, and claims
β Provide timely support via calls and written communication
β Maintain accurate and compliant call records in the system
β Resolve billing and insurance-related issues efficiently
β Ensure full compliance with company policies and healthcare regulations (HIPAA & industry standards)
πΉ Requirements
β’ Minimum 1 year of experience in Patient Help Desk or healthcare support
β’ Strong knowledge of medical billing, COB, insurance, and claims
β’ Excellent spoken and written English
β’ Strong documentation and record-keeping skills
β’ Basic computer and system handling skills
