My energy work is a combo of formal training and traditional techniques used to induce deep relaxation and pain relief. Everyone needs different things at different times so sessions vary but most clients leave feeling lighter and more refreshed with a nice mood lift.

When to get an energy healing session:

- during times of extreme stress
- when the seasons change
- recovering from an injury or illness
- during times of grief and anxiety
- when you’re feeling stuck in a rut
- if you’ve been struggling with pain, headaches, or insomnia
- you just want to relax

You can book a 30 minute energy healing session on its own or add 15 minutes of energy work to any massage.

I just added a couple things to my menu. Lymphatic drainage massage (30 or 60 minutes, $50/$80) and a 30 minute energy healing session ($50). Energy healing used to be a 15 minute add on to any massage for $25 (and still is!) but I wanted to make it a stand alone session in case anyone wants to do just that and no massage.
