🚨 New summer small group training is here! 🚨 Starting the week of **June 30th**, we’re launching *three* small group classes—each capped at 4 people so you get high-quality coaching and personal attention while you lift. Here’s what’s on deck:

💪 Intro to Lifting – Designed for teen girls and young women (ages 15-23). Interested in lifting but feel intimidated stepping into the gym? This is for you! We’ll teach you all the basics so you can head back to school confident and ready to lift in any commercial gym.

🍑 Glute Building Basics – Perfect for the gym-goer who’s ready to focus on glutes, hamstrings, and low back. This isn’t just for aesthetics—though we guarantee you’ll add some inches to the b***y by the end of summer! Expect real posterior chain strength.
