Getting the most out of your hip thrust is all about the set up. Paying attention to a few things can ensure you get full extension in your hips and increased glute and hamstring utilization.

🍑place feet hip width apart
🍑plant feet far enough in front of you so you create a 90 degree angle at the knee
🍑extend arms to keep bar placement above hips as you lift and lower
🍑tuck your chin to chest and keep gaze forward
