Manual extractions do not make your skin cleaner.

The more often you mechanically remove what is inside the pore, the more oil your skin starts producing in response. Pores become wider, blackheads become more noticeable, and the cycle repeats.

Blackheads are not “dirt.” They are oxidized sebum. They should not be squeezed out. They should be controlled with the right home care, acids, retinoids, gentle peels and properly selected treatments.

If you constantly need extractions, the problem is not your skin. The problem is the approach.

You do not have to wait until fall to treat pigmentation.

With the technology I use at True Laser Lab, pigmentation can be treated safely all year round — even during the summer.

The most important thing is to protect your skin correctly:
✔ daily SPF
✔ avoid direct sun exposure
✔ no tanning before and after treatment

This is a non-ablative treatment, which means:
— no burns
— no peeling
— no crusting
— no downtime

You may have slight redness for up to about an hour, then you can go right back to your normal day.

Lunch. Work. Dinner. Date night.

That is why I call it a true “lunch-time” pigmentation treatment.

In many cases, the pigment already begins to look lighter and calmer the next day.

DM me if you want to know whether your pigmentation is a good candidate for treatment.

Most people think SPF is only for the beach, summer or vacation.

That is exactly why pigmentation, premature wrinkles, сосудистые изменения and uneven skin tone appear much earlier than expected.

The main cause is not age. It is cumulative UV exposure.

UVA rays pass through clouds, glass and car windows. They work every day, even when you do not see or feel the sun.

Without daily SPF, any skincare becomes less effective:
retinol, vitamin C, peels, lasers, pigmentation treatments.

If you want real anti-aging prevention, SPF is not an extra step. It is the foundation.

Save this post. You will need it again in summer.

Write “SPF” in comments if you want me to make a second post with my favorite professional sunscreens for different skin types.

What actually happens under the skin is this:

The laser pulse lasts only a fraction of a second.

That pulse passes through the skin and is absorbed by the pigment particles.

The pigment heats up extremely fast and shatters into much smaller pieces.

The skin itself is not the target. The pigment is.

After that, your body begins the real work.

Your immune system recognizes those tiny broken pigment particles as something foreign.

Special cells called macrophages slowly carry them away through the lymphatic system.

That is why removal does not happen immediately after the treatment.

The laser breaks the pigment in seconds.
Your body removes it over the next several weeks.

That is also why we wait between sessions.

If we treat too soon, your body has not had enough time to clear what was already broken down.

Different colors absorb different wavelengths.

On the Alma Lasers Harmony XL Pro, I use:

1064 nm for dark, gray, and blue pigment
532 nm for red, orange, and warm tones

The correct wavelength matters because the wrong wavelength will not efficiently target that color.

So eyebrow tattoo removal is not about ‘burning off’ the pigment.

It is controlled light, precise physics, and your body doing the final part of the work.

The laser breaks it. Your body removes it.

Bad brows do not “fade away beautifully.”

Over time, permanent makeup can turn gray, blue, red, or orange — and many people keep living with it because they are afraid removal will make it worse.

The truth: eyebrow PMU removal is different from body tattoo removal. The pigment, the skin, and the approach are completely different.

With the right laser and the right settings, old pigment can be safely lightened or removed to create a cleaner, softer, more natural result.

I use Q-Switched Nd:YAG technology on the Alma Lasers Harmony XL Pro to target different pigment colors safely and precisely.

What is normal after treatment:
• temporary redness
• mild swelling
• sometimes the color looks darker or brighter before it fades

What is NOT normal:
• severe damage
• scarring
• being told “this is just how your brows will stay”

You do not have to keep covering, correcting, or hiding them.

Consultation first. Correct plan second. Beautiful brows after.

Comment “BROWS” if you want me to make a post about which PMU colors are easiest — and hardest — to remove.

Most people spend money on pigment serums, facials and laser treatments — and then forget the one thing that actually protects the result.

SPF.

Ultraviolet radiation is the main trigger for pigmentation, melasma and post-inflammatory dark marks.

Without daily protection, even the best treatment protocol becomes much less effective.

SPF 50 every day.
Not only in summer.
Not only on sunny days.

Because protecting the skin is part of treating it.

Laser hair removal is one of the most misunderstood treatments.

It doesn’t remove all hair instantly —
and it’s not supposed to.

Hair grows in cycles, and laser works only during the active growth phase.
That’s why multiple sessions — and proper timing — are essential for real, long-term results.

Laser targets melanin (pigment), which is why darker hair responds best, while very light or gray hair cannot be effectively treated.

And most importantly —
this is not about “permanent removal,”
but permanent reduction with smoother, finer regrowth over time.

When done with the right technology and expertise,
laser hair removal is one of the safest and most effective ways to manage unwanted hair.

Visible facial veins and broken capillaries usually do not go away on their own.
In many cases, they gradually become more noticeable over time.

Dye-VL is a non-ablative light-based treatment that targets hemoglobin inside the vessel while keeping the skin surface intact.

No peeling.
No crusting.
No downtime.

Right after treatment, you may see some temporary redness, and sometimes the vessel may look a little darker at first — this is a normal response.

This is one of my favorite options for treating facial veins, redness, and vascular lesions safely and effectively, without interrupting your normal life.

If facial redness or visible capillaries bother you, this treatment may be a beautiful option for you.

DM to book your consultation.

This is not the kind of treatment where you just lie down and relax.

This is a system that works with your body
on a cellular level — improving circulation, lymphatic flow and recovery.

If you’ve been feeling:

— heavy
— tired
— swollen
— or just not at your best

this is something you’ll want to try.

Save this post so you don’t lose it.
And DM “POD” to get early access.
