Tzatziki Chicken Salad πŸ…
This refreshing and revitalizing dish perfectly combines creamy, tangy tzatziki with succulent chicken, all atop a bed of crisp romaine lettuce, juicy grape tomatoes, and a medley of vibrant accompaniments.
Ingredients:
Tzatziki Sauce:
Plain Greek Yogurt (1 cup plus 2 Tbsp)
Cucumber (Β½, grated)
Garlic Cloves (2 to 3, pressed)
Olive Oil (2 Tbsp)
Fresh Dill (2 Tbsp, chopped)
Salt and Pepper to taste
Salad:
Cooked Chicken (2 cups, chopped)
Romaine Lettuce (2 cups, chopped)
Grape Tomatoes (1 cup, halved)
Pepperoncini Peppers (Β½ cup, sliced)
Kalamata Olives (Β½ cup, sliced)
Red Onion (ΒΌ cup, chopped)
Feta Cheese (Β½ cup, crumbled)
Directions:
Tzatziki Preparation: Mix Greek yogurt, cucumber, garlic, olive oil, and dill. Season with salt and pepper.
Salad Assembly: Toss romaine lettuce, tomatoes, pepperoncini, olives, and red onion in a large bowl.
Combine: Layer the chopped chicken over the salad base.
Dress: Generously top with tzatziki sauce.

This cheesy sauce is bombπŸ’£ I added it to pasta with some veggies and it was sooo good!!!
Need a cheese replacement?
Cheese is often the last animal product people give up that marks the transition from vegetarian to vegan.
Luckily, there are so many vegan cheeses on the market these days, it's easier now more than ever to make the switch.
Although I do enjoy a store-bought vegan cheese from time to time, they're not much healthier than their dairy counterparts.
So instead, I make a homemade cheesy sauce that has the umami factor - but without the processed oils.
Directions:
Soak the cashews in hot water for 20-30 minutes. Meanwhile, saute the carrot and onion in a bit of the broth until soft. With the rest of the broth, mix in the cornstarch until dissolved. Drain the cashews and add them to your blender with the carrots, onions and the remaining ingredients. Process on high speed until smooth. Add salt to taste.
This is great for dipping, adding to pasta, pouring over baked potatoes or any and all vegetables. SERIOUSLY.

My favorite way to make Brussels sprouts...marinated overnight! In a gallon size zip bag combine juice of 1 lemon, 1 T olive oil, pepper, paprika and garlic salt. Add in Brussels (cut in half or quartered), seal bag and toss around until well coated. Refrigerate overnight. When ready to roast, preheat oven to 400, place Brussels on baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes. Feel free to eat the entire pan, they are that good! πŸ’šπŸ’šπŸ’š

I see everyone posting a out Laundry Detergent and would like to share my recipe I've been using for over 3 years now!
This jar is from WALMART and is 2.5 gallons.
*Grate half a bar of Fels Neptha soap and melt in 2 cups of water.
*While that is melting fill your container half way with hot water (I find this makes it easier to dissolve the Washing Soda and Borax)
*Add 1/2 cup of washing soda and 1/4 Borax
*Once soap is dissolved add to the container and mix until combined
*Top off remainder of container with water (until its 2.5 gallons total)
*Add in any essential oil if desired (MY go too are Lavender or Lemon or Citrus)
*Allow to sit for 24 hours (it will start to gel up, thats normal and okay stir occasionally) then mix together well when set.
To wash: Add NO MORE than a quarter cup depending on washing. I use about 1/16 on average for a load of clothes. Beddings and husbands work clothes on heavy washes get more (bought a tiny measuring cup at Walmart and use that as my "cup")

GARLIC PARMESAN ROASTED BRUSSEL SPROUTS

Ingredients:
16 ounces (450 grams) of Brussels sprouts, halved, trimmed, and rinsed.
3 tbsp olive oil (you can use melted butter).
Half a tsp of kosher salt.
Half a tsp of black pepper (cracked).
1 tsp. of Italian seasoning.
3 cloves of garlic, minced.
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese, adjust to your preference.

Directions:
Step 1
To prepare the Garlic Parmesan Roasted Brussels Sprouts: Begin by preheating your oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C) and ready a spacious baking sheet, optionally lining it with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
Step 2
Then, gently pat dry the Brussels sprouts using paper towels and then transfer them to a spacious mixing bowl.
Step 3
Next, add the olive oil, Italian seasoning, minced garlic, grated Parmesan cheese, kosher salt, and freshly cracked black pepper to the bowl with the Brussels sprouts, and carefully toss to ensure an even coating of the seasonings on the Brussels sprouts.
Step 4
After that, arrange the Brussels sprouts in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet, ensuring they are evenly distributed.
Step 5
Then, bake the Brussels sprouts on the center oven rack for 25-30 minutes until they turn golden brown.
Step 7
Finally, transfer the roasted Brussels sprouts to a serving bowl and, if desired, garnish with fresh chopped parsley.

Tips:

– Choose fresh, firm Brussels sprouts.

– Dry them thoroughly for better seasoning adherence.

Dumplings sauce

This recipe is a winner!

Recipe:
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tsp sesame oil
3 tbsps chili oil
1 tsp honey
2 cloves garlic minced
2 stalk green onion
1 tsp sesame seeds

Steps:
Prepare all ingredients and combine into a bowl.
Whisk or stir to mix. Ready to serve.

Dip each dumpling as you eat, or pour the sauce over a bowl of hot dumplings. Enjoy!
