I hope you all are doing well!
With the month of May being Mental Health awareness month, I decided to create a mini-crash course that aims to help ease any symptoms of anxiety and/or depression that are happening in the moment. I figured I'd release it earlier then May just because I know some folks who would benefit greatly from this course.
Part of the reason I created this mini-course was because I have my own personal experience with mental health issues, specifically depression and anxiety.
With the knowledge of how hard it can be living day-to-day life with mental struggles, I wanted to share with you what has helped me learn to cope with my diagnoses'.
