I have been practicing and studying yoga techniques for 15 years. I have done competitive yoga with www.usayoga.org and I possess a 300-Hour CTT in Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga. I have over 100 hours in workshop CE training. Yoga is my true passion in life and passing that knowledge and love I have for yoga on to others is my dream!
