After much searching and sampling, we are THRILLED to bring Ceremonial Matcha back to Balanced Root—with quality and flavor better than ever before! 🍵

Origin: Uji, Japan
Harvest: 1st harvest, shade grown, hand picked, stone ground
Flavor Profile: Smooth, creamy, and vegetal with a soft sweet finish

Our serving suggestions: Add 1-2 tsp of matcha to 2 ounces of hot water (ideally 175 degrees) and whisk vigorously. Add whisked matcha to 8-10 ounces of hot water and enjoy.
For the matcha latte lovers, add the whisked matcha to cold or steamed milk to your own taste!
