🌟 Challenge Your Core with Fitball Exercises!🌟
Today, I’m diving into some dynamic moves that not only target your deep core muscles but also engage your obliques for that ultimate stability challenge! 💪✨ Inspired by the incredible , these exercises will elevate your core workout to a whole new level. Shout out to on
🔥 Here’s a few key movements I’m doing:
1. FitBall on Elbows: Start on your elbows, chest lifted as you move your legs try to maintain a neutral spine with core stability ( easier said than done, especially the bigger you move your legs or remove your arms for less stability! 😜) Feel the burn!
2. Reverse Plank Chest Openers: Sit on the ground, heels supported on ball with hands under your shoulders. Lift your seat off the ground as you roll the ball forward trying to lift your hips high enough to create a straight line from shoulders to toes. (This has always been super challenging for me!!) Can try an extra challenge by lifting one leg on the roll forward. Reverse and pull your hips back.
