✨ Good morning, yogis! Its been a while. In celebration of being able to teach in person again (and it finally being warm enough to do so) I have decided to host an outdoor “farewell” yoga class before my move to California. This is meant for anyone/everyone - but especially those who have been kind enough to show up and be a willing student of mine throughout the years (even online throughout the pandemic!). I never thought that getting my yoga teacher certification first year of dental school would lead to so much joy and a sense of community and I am so grateful for you all. For student safety, I will be disclosing the location to those who RSVP via DM. Class is completely free, your presence is present enough! ✨

Good morning, yogis! 🍂☀️ As the leaves change and the weather gets colder, our chances to flow in nature are getting fewer and farther in between! If you wish to join me for an in-person class next weekend, please message me directly to reserve your spot and get the location of the class. Class will include a 60 min flow, hands-on instruction, socially distanced community, and an essential oil diffusible chakra bracelet (while supplies last). Hope to see you there!
