Normalize Stepping up, stepping down and stepping back.

We all seem to remain in what was an example or directed. We seem to feel safe in another’s version of ourselves.

We continue to play small and play hard in a game that leads nowhere. Basically we are busy going nowhere fast.

Lately the practice of the pause seems to be the solution to breaking the loop. The continuous loop of uncertainty and confusion will repeat until we stop playing the game designed to distract and destroy our true purpose and strength.

Only when dust settles and the smoke clears is certainty and clarity possible. Our new focus will ensure that no longer waste our sacred energy ❤️

The way handle our darkness is the way we handle our light. If Should we hide and suppress our darkness, then we will ultimately diminish and destroy our light.

All emotions are energy. They just all need to be acknowledged and handled with care. If something dark and dense emerges, we should acknowledge and accept the reality it. This allows the dark energy to move freely and leave the body. The light energy should be recognized and strengthened before we consider others.

As we start to see our inner world reflected through our daily lives, we should focus on what we do want to develop more then what we don’t. We harness our light for strengthen our personal power. We feel and release our pain to prevent stagnant non productive energy from destroying our reality.

Friendly reminder in my wise years. Lessons learned and leading for legacy.

You have to look around at what you do have in front of you. Especially your skills. Start small and continue to try. You will learn through experience. You will master the skill with effort and dedication.

No one starts knowing it all. We all suck at the beginning. Only difference is some people give up because of ego and pride. Others remain committed and focused on the process. It’s unspoken but some bare fruit while others remain thirty and hungry for what they have not earned.

Getting older doesn’t promise maturity. Wisdom is earned not given. Age doesn’t mean bitter it means better. Age is a blessing.

My youthful joy and happiness is sacred to me. Years pass without hardening my heart, mind or soul. I protect what matters most to ensure my essence radiates.

Full disclosure, this is not always easy. Protecting pure love and integrity is a strengthening daily task. My inner child and peace will always remain priority. The rest will follow. Cheers 🥂 to getting another chance.

Some feel lost because the new version of yourself has evolved. You feel lost because you are better now. You have outgrown the familiar. Adapt to the new.

Current energy is divided emotions within. Internal chaos. We feel previous energy and new foreign energy.

Hint, hint. The old stuff is heavy, overwhelming and not productive. The new stuff is sensitive, clear and empowering.

We get to choose to remain stagnant or grow. One keeps everything predictable. The other is known. Both are available each moment.

The previous patterns repeat until we overcome auto pilot with intention and effort in presence. Presence is how we invite the new energy to take over.

Break the chain ⛓️‍💥 of darkness and destroy despair. Let it go to let in the light✨

Choosing love includes love for yourself.

So often we believe that showing others love is priority. We should always operate out of love with pure intentions. We should always treat others as we choose to be treated.

Plot twist, you must protect your sacred heart with solid strength. The love you share must be protected in order to continue to be shared. Truly loving yourself will assist with recognizing who does and love you in return.

Value and quality can only be obtained through earning. When you earn self respect and self love, you value it enough to protect it. When it is false, there will never be true dignity or self worth.

Face your fears. Accept your shortcomings. Accountability will continue to strengthen your confidence. Your personal power is strengthened through development of integrity.

Food for thought 💭

When you refuse to sit alone in silence, you do yourself a disservice.

You will never develop or strengthen your personal power. You will feed off of others for false confidence. You will convince yourself that your value is recognized by those around you.

Empty souls continue to exist together for false confidence. Together they will normalize toxic behaviors that continue to waste valuable energy and relationships.

The empty void is never filled. The destructive behavior just appears normal because weakness surrounds itself with weakness. There is no value here. Empty, dirty, lost, confused, desperate and disloyal people will always disappoint.

A crowd of no accountability or self respect is simply a recipe for disaster. Distraction and easy pleasures only keep the broken, broken. Never ends well.

Personal power creates clarity and accountability.

Presence is how we develop and strengthen our personal power.

Our individual essence is how we empower others.

Tribe mentality is everyone has a purpose and position.

We are stronger together.

Frequency dissipates distortion from stored emotions. Suppressed energy.

Sound waves stimulate and increase stored energy.

Balancing and grounding leads to clarity and efficiency.

When we operate out of love and not fear, our choices and energy is no longer wasted.

A mother’s sacrifice will override her struggle and shortcomings always. A mother simply does her best. It will always look different for each mother. Each mother simply does her best to survive while having the responsibility of others at the same time.
