With individualized programs we promote a balanced approach to nutrition, exercise and mind-body. Through weekly in home sessions we will complete a thorough physical and personal lifestyle assessment indicating your goals, muscle imbalances, nutritional needs, stress and anxiety levels, home and work environments, etc and their impact on your health. Utilizing this information gathered we will tailor a personal program to your needs. You will be given weekly programs in all 5 areas of health with a focus on the areas related to your personal goals and interests. Weekly meetings will assess the previous weeks performance and incorporate new progressions in each area. The 5 key areas addressed encompass:

With a progressive approach we address each pillar of health with simple steps to educate our clients as we teach you behavioral and lifestyle changes that will have an immediate impact on your health and those around you. Our goal is to educate you in all aspects, with a comprehensive knowledge of your body, it's physiology and how to control it. We will establish lasting transformations through constant contact as we continue to chart and monitor your progress providing feedback and assistance. We want our clients to be educated enough to make the decisions and programs themselves, not become reliant on us. As you begin to take the reins in your personal health journey we will cut back the frequency of sessions to bi-weekly and monthly until you are capable of incorporating these changes into your daily life with support from afar. Matt and Stephanie Bean have recently relocated to Denver from the Huntersville/ Cornelius area. Impacted by the pandemic like a lot of others, they seek to make the best of this opportunity and follow their dream of owning their own business while helping others with their knowledge. With three decades of experience in the wellness fields and over a decade teaching health/ wellness and exercise science we seek to give back to our community while doing something that will impact everyone for the better. We have gathered knowledge in nursing, health science education, nutrition, massage therapy, reflexology, corrective exercise, weight management, energy balance, etc. With this education we strive to empower our clients through knowledge and an understanding of how the body works as a unified whole.
