This is my favorite frequency to use in my sessions! 40hz is universally calming and grounding, and is the most commonly used frequency in vibroacoustic therapy. You can expect improved blood circulation, lowered stress and blood pressure, pain relief, and reduced symptoms for neurological conditions such as fibromyalgia.
