There is nothing better than having someone buy a hat, take off their current one, and wear it immediately.

It was SO cool to see people all over Pride today wearing GRXYFIT, talk to parents about trans advocacy, and engage with so many trans kids. I hope this will be the first of many. 💖🥹

Not sure what my tongue is doing but I nearly teared up putting this on today. This was designed with and by one of my best friends from college, Jay Fields (), who also designed our logo. Bringing my vision and GRXYFIT to life would not be possible without them. 💖

While we have so much more to come, this piece really encapsulates what GRXYFIT aspires to do. Our goal is to help trans people grow. 🌱 We deserve to grow. We deserve to thrive. And we deserve to pursue our dreams — within sports and beyond.

Theo and I just took a two mile walk and I wore my weighted vest for the first time in a while. So I figured I’d make a quick post about the benefits I personally feel when wearing a weighted vest.

I must first admit that I hate running. 😤 I stick to walking, biking, and swimming for my cardio. But Theo is getting older and he can’t walk as a far. So, adding a vest helps me get my heart rate up quicker, increase my core strength and my endurance, all while walking a shorter distance.

The 2nd pic is so that you can see the little pouches on the vest. You can add and decrease weight depending on how you feel.

Pre top surgery, it was convenient (to say the least) to have something covering my chest when exercising. I would always opt for walking with a vest before surgery as opposed to jump roping, running, etc for obvious reasons. 😅

It goes without saying that adding weight to any movement is not for everyone but this is now a staple for me.
