Fatigue and Hormonal Imbalance in Women: A Close Relationship
Hormonal imbalances are quite common in both men and women, nowadays. Although they can get treated with proper guidance, in many cases, it can be quite difficult to determine the exact type of hormonal imbalance responsible for a woman's frustrating symptoms, like fatigue, anxiousness, and insomnia. If your thyroid hormones are either higher or lower than normal, your endocrine system will dysfunction and you will suffer from symptoms, including fatigue. Moreover, you may feel sleepy more often than usual and unable to focus on simple tasks with energy and passion. If the condition becomes even worse and you find yourself suffering from mood swings or depression, as well, then your dysfunctioning endocrine system is probably targeting chemicals, like serotonin and dopamine in your body, as well.
Although most women fail to notice early signs of hormonal imbalances, including sleepiness and fatigue, the truth is that those conditions are quite common, nowadays.
