Took Danielle and Milli to visit my mom who lives on 11 acres in the Shenandoah valley in VA. We foraged for mushrooms and found many paw paw trees and ate a paw paw fruit. It was delicious!

Rich had a great time attending the healing event last Saturday. He got acupuncture and massage and saw lots of friends and made some new ones! I love seeing these kind of events in Denver. Keep ‘em coming!

June 1st another one of our daughters, Violet gave birth to spontaneous identical twins. It was a long pregnancy on bed rest, a natural labor (no cesarean) and 20+ days in the NICU. Mama is doing great breastfeeding them both after hospital bottle feedings. These photos are from my trip to visit Violet, Trey, Montana and Kota last month.

Our 17 year old daughter Danielle gave birth on 4/24/2024 with our family present. Danielle did a great job and Milli was born with her grandpa singing on a hand drum surrounded by aunties and uncle, grandma and grandpa. She is a sweet and calm baby. Danielle and Dmitri have been together over 2 years and both have large family networks of support. We all look forward to participating in her upbringing.

Natures bounty. Rich bow hunted a turkey that had eggs inside. Complete with venison summer sausage, foraged morel mushrooms, and ghee fried kanastohale flour clumps. Oh my goodness it’s sooooo good. The Earth provides 💗
