**Delicious healthy cake recipe coming right up.**
**Weβll use:**
* Coconut flour instead
**Healthy Cake Recipe:**
Ingredients:
* 1 1/2 cups Coconut Flour
* 1/2 cup Almond Milk
* 1/4 cup Melted Coconut Oil
* 1/2 cup Plain Whole Fat Yogurt (use your high-fat yogurt)
* 1 Large Ripe Banana, mashed
* 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
* Pinch of Salt
* Top with:
+ 1 cup sliced Strawberries
+ 1/2 cup fresh Blueberries
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350Β°F (180Β°C). Grease an 8-inch round cake pan.
2. Mix coconut flour, salt, and vanilla extract.
3. Combine almond milk, melted coconut oil, yogurt, and mashed banana.
4. Combine wet and dry ingredients. Mix well.
5. Pour into cake pan and bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
6. Let cool, then top with strawberries and blueberries.
