Woodland Estates is excited to continue our Equine Therapy program this summer. Beginning in May, residents will visit a horse therapy center once a month to spend time with and learn about these incredible animals.

Time with horses is more than just a beautiful experience.

It delivers real, measurable benefits:
• Reduces stress and anxiety through calming, rhythmic interaction
• Encourages movement, coordination, and physical engagement
• Builds confidence and a sense of purpose

There is something powerful about being around horses. Their presence is grounding, intuitive, and deeply therapeutic.
