Along with her personal reflections on the holidays Alia shared how Community Reinforcement and Family Training (CRAFT) helped her develop critical coping skills. CRAFT is a free resource for family members and friends of someone struggling with addiction (this includes alcohol, drugs, and more). It's a program available ONLINE in both English and Spanish.
