I voted! I spent the entire day researching candidates & (re)watching debates; the most I’ve spent in many years. When I was 16 I couldn’t wait to vote, and was bummed I wasn’t old enough in 2000. Over the years I lost interest and continued to vote with little desire or effort. I’ve spent weeks asking to see, hear, and speak my own truths.

And now I’m mentally exhausted! The cure? Yoga tonight at 7! I can’t wait to practice and get out of my head, more into my breath, and body. Join me? PM me if you need a pre or post voting let go!
