May is Mental Health Awareness Month and this year’s theme is “Where to Start: Mental Health in a Changing World.” Many people find it challenging to cope with the vast amount of change in our world… work pressures, relationships, politics, climate change, economic stressors, and global conflicts and many other things can impact our mental well-being.
If you are in crisis, please call the Colorado Crisis Line: (844)493-8255 or text “TALK” to 38255.
Let's all commit to taking care of our mental health and supporting each other. Remember, it's ok to not be okay, and seeking help is a sign of strength. No one should struggle alone, and MedNOW Clinics is here to promote your overall health through:
- Therapy
- Medication Management
- Pain & Addiction Management
- Social Work
- Primary Care
Our coordinated efforts focus on the overall patient experience and prioritizing health on all levels. Check your mental health today: https://screening.mhanational.org/screening-tools/

- Exercise at least 30 minutes each day to help reduce depression and anxiety.
- Practice deep breathing & meditation as soon as you start to see or feel symptoms of depression, anxiety, or stress.
