Life is wild, isn’t it? 😅

For me the combo of a GLP-1 + ADHD makes it a full time focus to keep food in me regularly. (Remember, that’s the goal!! No skipping meals 😤)

Sometimes you’re nailing eating regularly and feeling AMAZING and other times… not so much. (Cue the nausea, fatigue, headaches, weakness 🫣) Sometimes I do make myself giggle when I’m trying to figure out why I feel so sick & then I realize I did it to myself 😭🫩

Who else is living this same chaos? 🙋‍♀️

GLP-1 girlies, I’ve got a little confession... I could keep these habits to myself.

But here’s the thing: I actually want you to achieve confident, steady progress you can maintain. And that’s why I’m spilling the tea...

In this post, I’m sharing a few or my favorites:
👉Keep a “safe foods” list
👉Use a protein minimum
👉Build meals with a simple formula...
and everything you need to start seeing steadier energy and consistency today.

👀 Your next move: swipe through, pick one tip that resonates, and try it today. Trust me, small steps like these compound into big results. ✨

DM me if you want a quick checklist version to make it even easier to achieve confident, steady progress.

Sometimes, the biggest shifts come from what you let go of.

Swipe to see a few little (big impact) things I stopped doing that made a huge difference in my GLP-1 journey.

To think there are still women on GLP-1 out there who think feeling drained all day is the norm… *cries internally 😭*

Meanwhile, the girlies who work with me or listen to the podcast know that feeling energized and fueled is the best part of living their healthiest lives✨

Imagine feeling confident in your food choices without spiraling into “am I doing this right?” every day.

Clear nutrition strategy (that works with low appetite), simple movement guidance, and real-life support when side effects pop up.

And a community where you’re not explaining yourself to people who don’t get it. 👀

The GLP-1 Circle is coming and feeling drained all day is going to feel… outdated.

Some tips are so good, they should probably be illegal…

I couldn’t keep these to myself, so here’s a few insider advice for women on GLP-1 who want steady results + energy that actually work:

1️⃣ Eat your meals in two sittings that are ~1 hour apart
2️⃣ Use a default plate formula
3️⃣ Schedule snacks like appointments

Try one (or all) this week and see the difference.

Which one feels too good to be true for you? Drop a comment 👀

And yes… save this before everyone else figures it out 🤪

Raise your hand if you’ve been a victim of “is this normal on GLP-1” Googling at 11:47pm? 😅🙋🏻‍♀️

Honestly, being a RD + trainer on GLP-1 comes with a lot of little truths we don’t always admit out loud: overthinking, panicking, second-guessing meals… you know the drill.

Which one of these confessions is so you? Or do you have a wild one I didn’t include?

Drop it below… I need to know I’m not alone in this chaos 😅

P.S. I’m back after knee surgery and easing in—so if you’ve missed me, hi bestie 🤍 I missed you!!

And if you also have confessions like slide 2, The GLP-1 Circle can actually help with that — giving you a little peace of mind in the everyday. Send me a DM 🫶🏼

“What if they judge me for taking a GLP-1?”

That thought can get loud. 🫩
Louder than your progress.
Louder than the facts.
Louder than how much better you’re starting to feel.

But then this perspective cuts through…
why take direction from people who have never been where you’re trying to go?

They’re not in your body.
They’re not in your labs, your history, your lived experience.
And they’re not the ones doing the work you’re doing.

Choosing support for your health isn’t a shortcut.
It’s prioritizing yourself and your body.

And you’re allowed to choose the path that actually moves you forward.

If you’re craving support from people who get it -
the Circle waitlist is open. It’s a space for real conversations, real context, and real support. 🫶🏼
