70yo male w 30y history of intractable LBP. Treated first frequently then infrequently with a combination of AK, Acupuncture, Laser Phototherapy, Physiotherapy modalities. He has had a long list of treatments from a long list of providers. Occasionally he got temporary relief. After his first treatment his foot pain resolved. After his third treatment he was able to shove 1 foot of snow from a 120ft long driveway. After nearly two years of intermittent treatment he remembered the injury that crippled him. It appears that he herniated a disk at that time. Looking at the x-rays he had a second herniation at some point. Once I gave up trying to straighten things and settled for getting rid of his muscle spam he became pain free with respect to his lumbar spine, an enormous improvement. He still had left leg pain and he later remember and incident 45 years previous which initiated the leg pain. He is currently 100% pain free but still exhibits weakness in the muscles of the lower leg which prevents him from running. I'll proofread after lunch
